New patch do add "Portuguese" link to the webpage

Caio Barros
Hello, everyone. Here we go with my first patch.

This should add the link to the website in portuguese to the footer. Local tests seems to work alright. I was talking with Rafael about that and if, possible, could these be added to the production (master?) branch so this goes to the website?

Thanks!
Caio

Hey Caio

Thanks, I've pushed your patch to the translation branch.
It will reach the master branch before the next development release
(website is updated when a new release is published).
