Macros for translated 'Manuals' page should be updated if this is
applied. CC'ing to translators.

Now the patch is applied and we have to update the macros from
Manuals.  More precisely, currently in offline docs we get

[fr]
out-www/offline-root/Documentation/notation/accueil.fr.html for 'Notation'
[es]
out-www/offline-root/Documentation/notation/arriba.es.html for 'NotaciĆ³n'

and so on. We should manage it to get the same link which is in the
Details page for Split HTML in the "Read it" section. This is

[fr]
out-www/offline-root/Documentation/notation/index.fr.html
[es]
out-www/offline-root/Documentation/notation/index.es.html

So that we have a browsable offline page for our offline docs. I think
the webpage (made with make website) is OK.
